The scent of success? Fergie launches second fragrance with Avon after breaking sales records with perfume debut.Her debut fragrance broke sales records for Avon last year. So it is little surprise that the beauty giant has joined forces with the singer for a follow-up perfume launch.
The Black Eyed Peas singer announced plans to launch her second fragrance last night, at an event to celebrate Avon's 125th anniversary.
The 36-year-old said that Outspoken Intense was inspired by 'that moment of adrenaline and being fearless' before she goes on stage.

The six-time Grammy-winner also stars in a television commercial to promote the fragrance.

She took to the stage at New York’s Madison Square Garden last night in an orange Diane von Furstenberg dress ahead of the debut screening.
Explaining the concept, she said: 'It’s about that intense feeling I get before going on stage. That moment of adrenaline and being fearless.'
She added that she played a large role in developing the scent.
'I had so much fun developing and launching my first fragrance with Avon, so for my second fragrance, I really wanted to add a little more edge.
'Outspoken Intense is a provocative blend of sexy confidence and daring femininity that captures the thrill and excitement of being centre stage.
'You feel an instant electrifying rush - a feeling like no other.'
Avon's Jason King added: 'We are thrilled to be working with Fergie again as she is a true representation of female empowerment.'
The star's first fragrance for Avon, which launched in August last year, outsold every other scent ever released by the company.
It surpassed the sales of perfumed endorsed by stars including Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Hudson, Salma Hayek and Courteney Cox.
Outspoken Intense is to go on sale across the globe from late summer.
